What is Korean for Flying Kick?

Footparts (Habansin)

When you do your grading at the Bristol Tae Kwon-Do Academy, the Theory Test element, following your linework and pattern(s) rarely consists of questions based upon individual moves or Korean words. It is far more likely to consist of questions like, "Name or show me three (kicks/punches/blocks/etc)? Now what are they called in Korean?"
This is why we have created the Group pages: to help you think in terms of grouped techniques or physical features.

Ball of the Foot Ap Kumchi
Foot Sword Balkal
Back Sole Dwit Kumchi
Back Heel Dwit Chook
Side Sole Yop Bal Badak
Instep Baldung
Reverse Footsword Balkal Dung

The techniques are arranged in the order that they will be presented to you throughout your training.
