What is Korean for Grasping Block?

Bodyparts

When you do your grading at the Bristol Tae Kwon-Do Academy, the Theory Test element, following your linework and pattern(s) rarely consists of questions based upon individual moves or Korean words. It is far more likely to consist of questions like, "Name or show me three (kicks/punches/blocks/etc)? Now what are they called in Korean?"
This is why we have created the Group pages: to help you think in terms of grouped techniques or physical features.

Inner Forearm An Palmok
Outer Forearm Bakat Palmok
Head Mori
Elbow Palkup
Knee Moorup
Eye Angoo
Chest Gasum
Arm Pal
Leg Dari
Back of Forearm Dung Palmok
Under Forearm Mit Palmok

The techniques are arranged in the order that they will be presented to you throughout your training.
