By visiting, viewing or using any of the Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do [www.walesandwesttkd.co.uk,
www.chepstow-taekwondo.co.uk, www.market-lavington-taekwondo.co.uk, www.swindon-taekwondo.co.uk, etc.] websites
("Service"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").
The Service is provided for the educational and information purposes of Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do students.
The Service is not meant to substitute for attending formal Tae Kwon-Do training sessions ("Classes") under the
guidance and supervision of a competent Instructor. Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do are not liable nor can be held responsible
for any injury, accidents, death, or any other form of loss or impairment through the use or misuse of the Service. There is an
inherent risk of physical injury in the practice and learning of a contact sport such as Tae Kwon-Do and while the Instructors
will take all reasonable steps to minimise the likelihood of an accident, the risk of physical injury cannot be eliminated.
Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do strongly advise those who are not already students to join one of our clubs ("Dojang"),
or another Tae Kwon-Do Association of Great Britain ("TAGB") accredited Dojang, for formal instruction by a competent, TAGB
certified, Instructor.
Acceptance into a Dojang to participate in Classes does not constitute and should not be considered
as constituting any form of confirmation or assurance by Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do or the TAGB or any Association
School or Instructor to the affect that individual has the necessary skill or physical ability to safely complete such Classes,
it being the individual's sole responsibility to judge such matters for themselves. If an individual has any doubt
whatsoever as to their ability to safely complete any exercise, pattern or other physical activity in the context of the
Classes, it is the responsibility of the individual to withdraw from the same. Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do and the TAGB
and Association Schools and Instructors accept no liability for injuries sustained in the course of practising and learning of
Tae Kwon-Do save for injuries attributed to the negligence of Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do, the TAGB, Association
Schools and Instructors. Insurance in respect of such risks is included in the annual membership.
Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from
time to time without notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the
Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or
discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Wales & West Tae
Kwon-Do shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
The look and feel of the Service is the exclusive intellectual property of Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do. All
rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the code, content or visual design elements without the
express written permission of Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available"
basis.
Excepting for the official Tae Kwon-Do bodies (TAGB, BTC, ITF) with which Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do is proud
to be associated and aligned, Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do does not endorse or approve any third party sites linked to the
Service: you have full responsibility for due diligence on any site linked to through the Service. Nor does Wales & West Tae
Kwon-Do promise or guarantee any refund or exchanges of goods purchased through the Service.
You understand that Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do uses third party vendors and hosting partners
to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that
it is associated with the Service, Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do, or any other Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do Dojang,
school, affiliate, company or other entity.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use
of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission of Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do.
Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific
requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from
the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material
purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.
The failure of Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service
shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any part of the Terms of Service is deemed to be unenforceable, the
remainder of the Terms of Service will remain unaffected and enforceable. If any situation arises which is not covered by the Terms
of Service, it will be deemed to have been the intent of Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do to have protected itself in good faith
and in keeping with industry best practise and in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales.
The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do
and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Wales & West Tae Kwon-Do (including,
but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
