THEORY TESTING

language equivalents for everything your Instructor (

) teaches you, the student (

), in the Training Hall (

). While your Instructor will attempt to cover everything during classes, it can be difficult to remember some of the longer descriptions or more complex terms: this is why you are provided with the TAGB Student's Handbook and why this page exists, to provide you with further assistance.

What is the meaning of the exercise Sajo-Jirugi?
Four directional punch (Variation 1) ~ Sajo-Jirugi is not actually a pattern: this is an exercise which is performed in place of a pattern for the initial 10th kup to 9th kup grading. There are two official variations of this exercise, both of which are performed at the grading, but there are many more unofficial ones used in junior classes.
